Under the headline IG Nacht the Dialogfelder 2018 enriched Chemnitz' nights by providing impulses for new perspectives and playful manipulations of the topic citynights. IG Nacht's centre, the southern part of the district  Sonnenberg was transformed into an artistic hotbed for flowers of the night, its vibes reaching the very centre of town.

For a duration of 5 months, more than 10 artists, designers, performers, musicians and scientists from all over Europe were invited to Chemnitz for a duration of 4 weeks each to create five Dialogfelder.
